No. We do not use artificial colors, dyes, or fragrances. We use essential oils for a spa-like scent profile, and our colors come from botanicals and herbs.

Keep your bar dry between washes. Do not leave it sitting in water or in direct contact with moisture.

Shampoo bars dissolve faster when held under running water or stored wet. For best results, place your bar on a diatomite tray or somewhere it can fully dry between uses.

It depends on your dog’s size, coat type, and how often you bathe them. Keeping the bar dry between washes will help it last longer.

Yes. Wet your dog’s coat and the bar, then glide the bar directly over the coat or lather it in your hands before applying.

This depends on your dog’s coat, lifestyle, and skin needs. Many dogs do well with bathing every few weeks, but dogs with sensitivities may need a different routine.

Not yet. At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

Your order ships in a recyclable cardboard box with paper tape and paper bubble wrap that can be repurposed or recycled.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes due to our system setup.

Please allow 3–5 days for order processing and an additional 3–6 business days for shipping, depending on your location.
